1. Go to the PayPal website (http://www.paypal.com), and follow the instructions
to sign up as a member. It's easy, secure, free, and actually
2. After that's squared away, go to the "add credit card"
page of the "Activate Account" section on the PayPal website. After you give them your
info, they can immediately verify the credit card for you to
3. Click on the "Send Money" tab. Enter this e-mail
4. Enter the amount of money you're going to send. (Don't
forget the additional $1.50!)
5. Select "Goods-non-auction" from the pop-up menu.
6. In the subject field, write "VA merch order",
or something like that.
7. In the "Notes" field, write down your name,
the details of your order, and where you want it sent.
8. You should then get a page that lets you pay with your
credit card. Follow the rest of the directions, and that's it.
